Vegan Air Crisped Spiced Chick Peas
As I continue on my journey to a more vibrant healthful self, I've discovered an affinity for plant based snacks - specifically macro friendly, savoury, low calorie snacks that pack flavour, protein and crunch!
I've also discovered a love for my Ninja® Foodi® Deluxe 8-qt. | The Pressure Cooker that Crisps™ | Air Fryer because it allows me to meal prep quickly with minimal fuss and unnecessary fat. These crispy Spiced Chick Peas are a healthy, crunchy snack that I can eat just about anytime I like!
I love to grab a small handful of these to snack on throughout the day or about an hour before I hit a workout. A sprinkling of them on top of a nourishing macro bowl also makes for a delightful and pleasant crunch to hearty roast veggies. Who would have thought that chickpeas could be so delicious!
If you try this recipe out let me know how you like to eat them!
